The Stroll

We created all the animations, titles and graphics in this HBO documentary film about trans sex workers in New York's Meatpacking District. The film won the Clarity of Vision award at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival. We shot re-enactments with actors against a green screen and then placed them in our recreated backgrounds. This allowed everything to look real and grounded while also feeling surreal and heightened like some memories.
